 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 - 3 cloves garlic
 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
 - 1 teaspoon honey
 
- 1 pound (453.6 grams) sliced lean beef
