 - 3 cups blanched spinach
 - 4 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
 - 3 cloves of garlic
 - 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
 - Pinch of cayenne pepper

- Process the cashews until they are finely ground. Add all the remaining ingredients and pulse several times until well combined and paste-like in consistency.
 - Pour mixture into a bowl and form into small, bite-size balls.
 - Place spinach balls on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 120°F (49°C) for 5 hours.
