Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits

Instructions
- Mix coconut oil, vanilla and sweeteners together in a small bowl.
- Chop nuts into large or desired sizes/chunks in a food processor (should be coarse). Mix with seeds, spices and coconut properly. Pour the coconut oil mixture over mixed nuts and seeds; stir to mix well. Add mixed dried fruits.
- Spread granola in a single thin layer on dehydrator trays lined with parchment paper or teflex sheets.
- Place in a dehydrator and dry at 115°F (46°C) for 24 hours, or until dry.
