view- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
 - 1 tsp. paprika
 - 1 tsp. oregano
 - 1 tsp. coriander
 - 1 tsp. cumin
 - 1/4 tsp. onion powder
 - 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 - 1/8-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 3 Tbsp. olive oil
 
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces

- Blend all the seasonings and olive oil in a bowl. Add cauliflower and combine to coat all the florets.
 - Place cauliflower pieces onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 140°F (60°C) for one hour. Lower the temperature and dehydrate at 110°F (43°C) for another 10 hours or until crispy.
