 - 3 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 1/2tsp. smoked paprika
 - 1/2tsp. sea salt
 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
 
- 1 bunch collard greens, washed and leaves roughly torn
 - 3 Tbsp. olive oil

- Toss collard greens, olive oil and spices in a bowl.
 - Place collard greens onto a dehydrator tray.
 - Set the temperature to 140°F (60°C). Dehydrate for 2-4 hours, or until crispy.
