view- 2 cups sprouted buckwheat or quinoa
 - 1 cup dates
 - 1 cup dried apricots
 - 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
 - 1/8 tsp. cardamom
 - 1 pear or apple, peeled, cored and diced
 
- 2 cups sprouted buckwheat or quinoa

- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
 - Spread the mixture onto dehydrator trays. Use a spatula to smooth.
 - Dehydrate for 18 hours at 130°F (55°C).
