Instructions
- Combine flax seed and 1 cup of water in a bowl and stir properly. Set aside for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the flax seed should have absorbed the water and sticky.
- Add the remaining seeds and herbs, and mix well. Spread mixture on dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle generously with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place in a dehydrator and dry each side for 90 minutes at 115°F (46°C).
