view- 1 pound (450g) of carrots, peeled
 - 4 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 1 Tbsp. honey
 - 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
 - 2 tsp. cumin
 - 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
 - 1/2tsp. salt
 
- 1 pound (450g) of carrots, peeled

- Wash, dry and thinly slice carrots.
 - Mix together oil, honey, and seasonings.
 - Place carrots onto dehydrator trays. Using a pastry brush, dab the mixture onto the carrot rounds.
 - Dehydrate for 6-10 hours at 125°F (52°C) or until crisp.
