Dried Plain Yoghurt | Commercial Dehydrators

This dried yoghurt is a great for on-the-go snack, as well as home snacking. You can experiment variety of flavors to suit every taste and mood, so you'll never be short of an idea when it comes to satisfying your hunger. It also contains all the health benefits of yogurt like probiotics and calcium.

Instructions
  1. Spread yogurt thinly about 1/8 inch (3 mm) on teflex sheets or parchment paper. Place in Dehydrator and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 6 hours.
  2. Check yoghurt regularly after 4 hours due to variety in dehydrators and yoghurt thickness and timing.
  3. Dry until yoghurt rolls are totally dry and don-t stick on your fingers  when touched. Two pieces should be able to come apart when pieced  together and also pliable.
