 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Wash carrots thoroughly and dry; slice into thin slices.
 - Mix carrots, cinnamon, melted coconut oil and salt together in a bowl.
 - Spread carrots mixture on a layer on the dehydrator trays and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 6 to 10 hours or until dry and crispy.
 - Set aside to cool to room temperature.
 - Store crispy carrots in an air-tight bag or container.
