 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
 - 1/2tsp. garlic powder
 - 1/2tsp. black pepper
 
- 5 pounds (2.3 kg) green beans
 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

- Blanch green beans in boiling water for several minutes. Dry beans.
 - Melt coconut oil in microwave. Mix oil, soy sauce and seasonings in a bowl.
 - Coast green beans in oil mixture.
 - Place green beans onto dehydrator and dry for 8-10 hours at 125°F (52°C).
