- 1/2cup miso paste
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2cup miso paste
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Blend all ingredients in a bowl except cauliflower. Add cauliflower and mix well so vegetables are well coated.
- Place cauliflower pieces onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 140°F (60°C) for one hour. Lower the temperature and dehydrate at 110°F (43°C) for another 10 hours or until crispy.
