 - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 - 1/2 cup hemp seeds
 - 1/3 cup golden berries (use raisins or cranberries if desired)
 - 1 medium or large-sized roasted beet, chopped (use roasted, steamed, or raw if desired)
 - 6 large medjool dates, pitted, soaked for 4 hours and drained
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - Pinch of salt
 
- 1 cup rolled oats

- Add beet, oil, dates, cinnamon water and salt to a blender and process until smooth.
 - Mix oats, golden berries and seeds together. Pour the beet mixture over them.
 - Spread granola on dehydrator tray lined with non-stick sheet. Place in dehydrator and dry at 115°F (115°C) for 6 to 8 hours or until completely dry and crisp.
 - Serve dehydrated granola over fresh berries or sliced banana with almond milk. You can serve over smoothie if desired.
