- 1 cup ramen noodles
 - 1/2 cup dehydrated vegetables (carrot, onions, tomatoes, corn, peas)
 - 1/2 cup dehydrated black beans
 - 1 cube vegetarian bouillon
 - 2 cups water
 
- 1 cup ramen noodles

- Combine all ingredients in a Mylar bag with an oxygen absorber.
 
TO PREPARE
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water. Allow to soak for 5 minutes.
 - Bring to a boil, then let cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm for 10 minutes.
